My last session of the year…Mateo. I was so excited when his mommy contacted me to do his newborn photos because she loves color as much as i do. I don’t think i have enjoyed buying props and stuff as much as i did this time and also chatting with a client more than i have with her. Doing this newborn session was like visiting family and this baby was super super good but i did get peed on and pooped on for the very first time. Let’s hope this brings my little business lots and lots of good luck.
Thank you Estela for being super sweet and congrats on your new bundle of joy!

Can’t belive we are half way through the year! Just wanted to give a booking update for those interested in booking later this year. It gets busy and hectic during fall so make sure you book in time for Christmas cards or send me a message so i can pencil you in. Since last year was my first year in this i recommend November for the beautiful fall colors and remember i only hold a limited number of sessions each month. Thanks for inquiring and always checking in.

Meet Mr. Little Rodrick at 5 days new and made me soooo happy with all his little smiles here and there.
Enjoy my favorites!
Meet sweet little itty bitty Joaquin. He was about 3 weeks old here but he was soooo cute and tiny it felt like he was a newbie. He was a sleepy baby so i took a few shots of him on Easter Sunday while we were at our family gathering.
I love his little lips here and his expression sayin “i hate you picture taker lady”
I had a great learning experience photographing my new niece Eva. Her mom warned me that she is awake most of the time so i knew i was in for an experience. I wanted to try so many things but since she is going to be 3 weeks old she was very alert and quiet a wiggle worm. We tried feeding her so she would fall asleep and that did not work…we rocked her, sang, we left her alone…nothing worked. I managed to pull a few pictures of her that i love so much. She is a beauty… with huge beautiful black eyes!
I made her cute little headbands. They are so simple to make! All you need is creativity, elastic, felt, a glue gun, flowers, pearls or anything you wish to use. First i measured the babies head to know how much elastic to cut. I glue both ends of the elastic to a piece of felt. I then add another piece of felt to cover the ends that meet. Then it is all up to you on what you want to place on the top of the felt.
So here is my cute little Eva modeling my new headbands 🙂
my mother in law made this cute hat per my request 🙂
This headband was made from an old t-shirt. I just added the pearls and crystals.
I love this picture of Eva and her mom…you can see her maternity pictures here.
